Rain… wind… and more rain!

What a ride... a very slow 68 miles through horrible weather, horrible hills and quite a few miles of off roading which really slowed our average. We arrived at Ben Nevis bunk house tired and wet and ready for something to eat.

A shorter ride today of 57 miles. More dry spells today than yesterday, however the wind was still about. Ist day completed!

93 miles of wind, rain and sun! Well done to Joe and Archie for completing the first 20 in such horrible weather... a huge shout out to Kerry for providing our snacks and drinks, driving the van and always being in the right place at the right time!
