Midweek ride and coffee!

After what I felt was a really slow ride on Monday it was good to feel that there was improvement today. It always helps when the coffee stop has a view of St Michaels Mount.

Support from Bymor

My brother in - laws company Brymor have donated £60 to help towards supporting our ride. After Martins Sportive last week and having aching limbs we have ordered some ice packs. If the weather is warm we have invested in some cooling face misters... thank you Brymor.

From mist to sunshine!

Rode from a misty Lelant into beautiful sunshine. Riding on my own today as Andy not well enough to ride so it was coffee for one at Jordan's. Wanted to do a longer ride but ended up cycling 33 miles instead. Used harder gearing up the hills to get me prepared for August.

Well done to my brother in law who is doing really well with his training! He completed a Sportive in Hampshire at the weekend. The distance should have been 70 miles however my brother in law managed 78...... Oops.. he missed the sign and had to turn back!!!

Finally out on the road!!

After two weeks on the turbo it was great to get out on the road. A nice route via Goldsithney, Perranothoe, Marizion and then back home. Other cyclists were out in force telling us about their adventures cycling to Rome later on this year. We are so lucky to live in such a fab area.
