Back on the Turbo! Pleased with the improvement from yesterday's turbo.

After a week of rubbish weather last week and a week on the turbo, I chose to still turbo on a lovely sunny afternoon!!

Finished work and all I wanted to do was collapse on the sofa but dragged my self out on the bike for a 20 mile round trip. Stopped off at Perranothoe to take in the view before heading home. So glad we went out!

A lovely sunny 40 mile ride to Stithians Lake and back. The usual coffee and cake stop did the trick in refuelling the ride back home!

A lovely 35 mile ride to Mousehole today. Legs felt like they were cycling through treacle for the first hour but a coffee stop at the Deli in Mousehole did the trick!

Another ride to Porthleven but this time without the mist and Andy as company!

A very misty 40 mile ride today but a coffee stop in Porthleven kept me going!

35 miles today with a few hills thrown in, made worthwhile with a cake and coffee stop at Perranuthnoe!

More training last week for our adventure! We tackled the Eden Classic where the starting point was from the Eden Project. Climbing over 3000ft for our 35 mile ride!
